An 1/8 of our beef is a great way to try our delicious Wagyu beef.  It includes all the typical cuts you want to enjoy like steaks and roasts, and plenty of our famous ground beef. An 1/8 of our Wagyu beef fits in your regular kitchen freezer with room to spare. No need for a separate freezer. 1/8 pkg includes 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts and misc cuts. That’s $13 a lb!!!!

1/4 (approx #80 lbs) of our Wagyu beef.  A 1/4 beef includes types of cuts like flank steak, brisket and/or stew meat & short ribs. A great value that gives you all standard, steaks & roasts, & plenty of ground beef, gives you secret cuts like flank steaks & tenderized for chicken fried steaks! A 1/4 of our Wagyu beef will take up 50% of a small freezer or 25% of an upright freezer. 1/4 25% Steaks, 35% Roasts and misc cuts stew meat & short ribs. 40% Ground beef. $200 dep req for an 1/4. $13lb.

1/2 (approx#220 lbs) of a Wagyu beef.  A 1/2 beef includes all the cuts you expect only in a larger pkg. All the  types of cuts like flank steak, brisket and/or stew meat & short ribs. Along with all the roasts, New York Strips, T-bones and Sirlions. 1/2 beef will take up 50% of a large upright freezer. 1/2 beef includes 25% Steaks, 35% Roasts and misc cuts like stew meat and short ribs. 40% Ground beef. 1/2 Wagyu beef pkg is $3250 We req a $500 dep for a 1/2 beef.
