These are our favorites as they were Jesus’ favorite. Because they humbly took Mary to the Manger and Jesus to the cross, they all bear a cross on their back, irrespective of color. Miniature donkeys have been valued in the Mediterranean region for over 2,000 years. They were used as pack animals to carry loads, deliver bread, and pull carts. Now used to pack in the high country, for the donkey races, as beer burros for events, & just loyal companions. These make phenomenal additions to your homestead.
Miniature donkeys are great companions for other farm animals, offering protection and helping to keep predators away. They are entertaining, fun and rising in popularity. They are also known for their gentle temperament, making them excellent pets for children and farm visitors. Additionally, their small size makes them easier to care for and manage on smaller homesteads compared to larger livestock.
