The original miniature Southdown sheep originated in Sussex County, England dating back to the early 1700's after almost becoming extinct. We at Salt House Farm are proud to have a flock of our own. Known for being outstanding pets that produce a class of superior fleece they also provide organic weeding and make excellent companion animals! They are just stinking cute! $750--$1250. per head. Salt House Farm will be offering wool for sale. This year we will have a few skirted pelts from our babydolls & our mini alpacas. The fiber we have available is beautiful. Call or message for pricing.
